i just started taking apple cider vinegar tablets today, as instructed once before every meal and i was starving today, felt like a carbed out hunger. has anyone else felt this? i am giving it one more day- if it happens again i am done with them.

you should ask in the candida forum since those are the folk taking ACV stuff for their condition. ACV pills and every day isn't sugested for regular atkins eaters unless they like the stuff..
