| Yes, you need to eat something. I would eat something small every few hours. If you don't feel like a full meal just snack. Don't go more than six hours without eating even if you don't feel hungry. If you skip meals it will cause your blood sugar to drop. That could cause you to get over hungry and cheat. It is also not a healthy habit to get into. I find that if I don't eat every 6 hours, I get shaky and don't feel well. Think of Atkins as a way to make you healthy. It is not a fad, starvation diet.

| Absolutely. One of the cardinal rules of this diet is you need to eat at least every 6 hours. Don't blow it now, your doing an amazing job.
