| I made a mess of cheese crisps when I went to my corporate meeting. Take Deluxe American Deli cheese slices - cut into 16ths - place on parchment paper - pop into the microwave for about 15 seconds. I put them into a Ziploc baggie and had snacks! 16 crackers equals one serving. I got this from Linda's Low Carb cooking site. Let me know if you need the web address. Good luck! Stacy

| Wow, 2 weeks. OK, are you traveling with a cooler? Or are you going to be staying somewhere with a refrigerator? There are a lot of things that I have traveled with well, as long as I had some sort of refrigeration. What conditions are you talking about?? |

| Travelling every day, different hotel every couple of nights or so. Travelling light, just hand luggage mainly. I just did some checking and I think low carb peanut butter cookies and low carb macaroons will do the job nicely along with sesame seed crunchies

| Pepperoni sticks or beef jerky would be good without refrigeration. Flax crackers are also a good option. That's a tough one if you wont have a fridge..though i think most hotels do nowadays. I would buy a small insulated lunch bag and one of those refreezable cold packs and refreeze it every time you get the chance when the room has a fridge. Cheesesticks will hold up fairly well being at room temperature for a few hours if the cold pack defrosts. Quote:
If you ARE at the nut rung...then bring nuts! they're the perfect snack that don't need refridgerations (watch your portions though)
