| He has a book that looks very interesting "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle" it covers alot of things and I don't know if his nutrition ideas are along the lines of this woe, but the fitness aspect of it looks amazing. Has anyone had any experience with his teachings?

| This is soooo TRUE, I can speak from experience without the Desire to do so nothing comes of it. You got to want it that bad and I think that's why I failed soo mnay times I wanted it bad but, was unwilling to change for it and went back to what I was, this time I am willing to do anything to get there sacrifice what I need to achieve everything I want That is the complete difference this time and NOTHING will stop me.
