| Waving my hand in the air! When I'm good and taking my supplements, this is always one of them. I'm out of most of my supplements and have been for a while. It ties right in with taking care of myself -- which I haven't been doing for some time now. Off to order some online right now. | Honestly, I have heard good things about it and have been taking it (on/off really). Personally I can't say if it makes any difference. But I do know folks who swear for it. Some of them being quite athletic.

| There are a bunch of informative threads in the vita-nutrient forum! I'm looking into more supplements also.
