| Seems good to me Elke! Add some exercise and plenty of water and you'll be off to a running start. Remember, it's always good to spread the carbs out over the day, to avoid blood sugar spikes... including at breakfast. Good luck! Sal

| I agree, looks good. Just make sure to measure those veggies as per the rules of induction and both tomatoes and brocolli are a one cup veggie. Looks like you're gonna be off to a great start. |
