| Fitday is a great tool and your ratios look pretty darn good. We aim for around 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs most of which come from your induction veggies. Make sure that you follow the rules of induction, drink your water, take your supplements and exercise. Eat until you are satisfied! Don't go more then six waking hours without eating something. If you're hungry, eat! That's all you need to worry about on induction! |
