| I have a friend who does body wraps in a spa and she thinks they're great. The effects don't last forever though usually. But it's great for a while and I believe there are some lingering effects. |

| I was reading through the site...how does this work? Is it sort of like the skin-firming creams but way, way stronger? Sounds like fun!

| With the wraps they actually apply a solution and then literally wrap you up like a mummy. People usually lose a couple of inches from this. |

| I've thought about those things but they seem too expensive for results that aren't long lasting. I'd rather have a massage, for sure =)
