That is, if you really want to eat all those additives and your body can handle them. I would prefer to use plain old milk without all those extra 'interesting' ingredients or for induction thin down some 'legal' cream with water instead.

| I am with Elizellen on this one -- definitely the dairy rung. I really haven't been tempted by milk products too much, and use heavy cream (cut with water) in all recipes that required milk. The one exception is if I ever (rarely) have low carb cereal. The flavor just isn't right, and Hood's was good the one time I had it. I had the Carb down one not the Fat Free one though -- not sure if there is a difference.
