| I had this Happen the first Month I was on Atkins I would take the extra Iron this should pass it's Hormonal your Body is rapidly losing fat and fat stores estogen so when you lose rapidly your body releases this estrogen causeing hormonal Upheaval for some it extended Periods for others it's spotting. It should pass but, Do take extra Iron in the mean time so you don't get anemic and keep tabs on it if you are soaking a pad evey hour that's not good and you may want to lay down. I don't have a lot of information for you but, I hope this helps. Sarah

| Okay more red meat could possibly give much needed iron- Do eat things like steak, hamburgers, ect........... I make sure I also have plenty of dark green veggies great source of iron, spinach, broccolli, brussel sprouts.................
