Default Birch sap

Are birch sap allowed during the diet? I guess not. Are they? I don't know how much carbs they have, but they're very healthy, especially in the spring.

I believe birch sap like any sap would be loaded with carbs but that is my HO

did you google it?

nettles are very healthy in the spring time and help with allergies so if you want to have a spring time food that is very low in carbs put some gloves on and go harvest some nettles

Oh, the Sap is very edible. It's just different in some places of the world. It's sweetish at first, but when you keep the sap for some days it becomes acidulous.

if you ate the whole tree you would get the fiber too but if you only eat the sap all you get is the sugars ..so it is not a good idea right now to eat it .....but I know what you are talking about
