| Follow the rules and you will loose! Many Many of us have tried to rush the results and found if we do it the way it is laid out in the book you will get the best results. There are a few things that will spped it up. #1. Follow the rules, modifications can slow weight loss 2. Drink your water 3. Exercise

| Yep, you gotta follow the rules! Induction is only two weeks, and you will be glad you did it right. I did a perfect Induction, and I lost 14 pounds. Its so worth it! Dr. Atkins really knew what he was talking about, trust us.

| think of induction as laying the foundation for your house of Atkins eating. you want a strong one to support you all the way to goal. since youare the builder and the buyer build it strong according to Dr Atkins DANDR blueprint and you will be a big loser. happy low carbing

| This is a very to the point group and I appreciate it. Laurenfra ~I see you are a boot club commander. I am not sure what that is but I noticed a bootcamp topic in the forum. I will check it out too. Sunflowergrl~ I love the ring of doing a "perfect induction" Big4mysize~I like the visual of building a foundation with Induction. Thanks again guys.
