| Yikes, I think it must have just been too many higher-rung foods in one meal. Good grief, I feel awfully "crave-y" right now though! I am making some bacon to get things back on track..... Lesson learned. I mean, I'm still highly in ketosis, so it didn't jack with that, but apparently one of those foods is a bad food for me! I'm actually thinking it might be the tofu. Haven't had that in a LONG time. |

| My first question is, instead of "extended induction" with non induction items, why not start owl? It's at no one's pace but your own. Your munchiness could be due to the carb count, introducing new foods, not enough water, TOM, not enough fat. If you feel like you want more variety, move onto owl, that's the best thing I could offer.

Thanks for the input! I am really thinking it was the tofu. I don't care to test that theory though! |

| Yeah, I know what you guys mean... my temperature even runs about a degree higher the week right before my TOM. Odd stuff.

| TOM always gives me munchies, so do noodles. But did you consider the soy sauce? Look what's in it! Sugar!

| Yikes! Just ran and checked and my soy sauce doesn't list sugar in the ingredients, but says 1 carb per tablespoon. ![]() Oh well, I will learn from this and move on. It wasn't anything dramatic or anything, I just figure the more I evaluate what causes me to crave or triggers the munchies, the better.... kwim? |
