| Here's a real cheap one. Can't waste too much by trying (although I don't have one so can't vouch for it): http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=4638500381

| I have that one in a box somewhere...can't recall how good it is or not. I, personally, like Dana Carpenders 500 Low Carb Recipes and George Stella's Livin Low Carb cookbooks. Each of them have a couple (or more) books out. George Stella's books especially don't use a bunch of low carb baking products that are hard to find--you can easily find all the ingredients for his recipes at the grocery stores.

| I think I have it somewhere in my bookcase. Haven't used it much. But then again, I haven't used Dana's 500 LC Book much, after the horrid results with a couple recipes I made from it. Wasted my money, in my opinion, when I can get such wonderful recipes on the Internet, and they have been tried by "real" people. But, perhaps my tastes are different.

| I have that book as well, and like cmcole says, "it's somewhere.." 'Nuff said. LOL I wouldn't buy it again, especially when there are so many recipes on the net that are incredible. Stella's book and Dana's books are worth the purchase though, IMHO! ~Brook

| Ya wanna know something? After being on Atkins for 3 years, I've found that there are loads of naturally low carb recipes in regular cookbooks and magazines. Baked goods and most desserts are exceptions. But meat, eggs, and veg/fruit recipes---you're better off looking in regular cookbooks, because regular cookbooks typically won't require you to find some gum thickener that might not be absolutely necessary to the dish.
