Unhappy I was sooo bad this week!

I guess this is my confession time...I haven't even visited the board much this week, as I was so busy. Okay, this past week I cheated big time. It happened because 1-I was so busy and 2-I was lazy. Let's see...all week I didn't exercise at all. I feel awful now! This was mostly due to the fact I spend every waking hour (plus some that should not have been waking!) working on scanning in old pics and putting mother's day gifts together for my mom, my mother in law, my grandmother in law, My step daughter's mom and her grandma too. (They loved it though and it was definately worth it!) I drank at least a 12 pack of diet rite over the week, hardly any water. Then, I ate pizza on Friday! I was SOOOO bad. Plus, I'm on extended induction, but I was on more matainence this week, especially on Sunday going from house to house eating whatever they had. My MIL even made a chocolate peanut butter cheesecake from the low carb site (I sent a link via her request) and even though I shouldn't I ate some! Well, needless to say, I'm staying on induction right now and getting back to exercising this week. I feel yucky in general. This morning I'm at 161.4. So, in that way I'm not doing too bad, but it's a horrible feeling when I think where I could be by now! Someone kick my butt in gear here!

I was slipping and sliding all over the place this weekend too. Didn't eat anything real real bad just too much and some not so good for me. Saturday was not so bad had eggs for breakfast, but for lunch I had low carb bread in a sandwich which would have been 10 net carbs just for the bread. It was a ham sandwich with mayo lettuce and tomato. Then I was good until dinner where I had steak and salad. That wasn't a bad day but yesterday I had shake and a bar for breakfast because I didn't have time to cook. Need to get rid of that stuff out of the house because if it is there I will sub it for a meal. Then for lunch we went to Golden Corral. I had steak again and cabbage, two brocolli spears, and green beans. I think I did sip a little off of Anna's fruit punch and ate a bite of her cantelope. Then when I got home 2 hours later I was craving sweets like crazy. Had a diet rite, then some sf candy, then cream cheese with splenda and cocoa. I was just craving sweets sooooo bad. I wanted to bake a pecan pie and eat a huge peice or a chocolate cake. LOL After the cream cheese I was ok. Before that I even got out a peice of real chocolate, unwrapped it and almost ate it but then wrapped it back up put it away and had the cream cheese instead. Then for dinner I made fajitas and I just ate the meat, the green pepper and onion, with guacamole on top. Probably ate too much of the fajita meat because I kept snacking on it from the time it was done to the time Frank ate the last of it. It turned out really good. I was just not in good control this weekend. I need to plan better and not have shakes, bars and sf candy in the house or I will eat it rather than good stuff. Today I feel really hungry and I have another hour before lunch, but I don't feel like eating anything off plan. I had eggs and sausage for breakfast, and some pork rinds as a snack to hold me over until lunch which will be a half hour late today. Not craving sweets today which is a definite plus. I think I am back on track just had a slippery weekend that I could have cheated so bad but just did a little. I did weigh this morning and was down another 1/2 pound to a pound which is good but I'm hoping that sticks and yesterdays slipping and sliding doesn't make my weight go up again. I saw a couple of new lows on my various ways of stepping on my scale this morning. LOL Damn scale doesn't weigh the same twice. Last week it was 311,313 and even some 315's. Today it was 310.5, 311.5 and 312.5. It seems to be a couple pounds over the Dr's scales so I'm hoping next Monday when I weigh at the Dr. I will be under 310. I'll be happy with that. That will put me at the smallest I have been since I started working here Nov 2004.
