| It varies from company to company and from product to product. If they can't tell you what's in it and the carb count, it's better to stay away from them. Sadly a lot of soy products have a good amount of carbs in them.

| I'm confused. Is there something wrong with the real meat burgers? Usually they are just fine for Atkins. That's why I love this WOE so much.

| Let me iterate for you: "Since I'm getting a little sick of doing salads every single day, I was thinking that I could apply this to my veggie intake." |

| Mrm. I'm not sure that soy products count towards daily vegetable intake. I don't count them towards it anyway, I count the carbs but usually the amount of veggies in a soy burger is very minimal. If you get into gardenburgers and patties made out of vegetables thats another story... but you still have to be careful of fillers and things like beans, corn, etc. that they put in them. If you are tired of salads maybe you can try adding new and different vegetables? The great thing about Atkins is you're not limited to just salads. I like to take a can of green beans, put them in a baking dish add some butter and a bit of hot sauce and stick it in the microwave or oven until the butter is melted over it. I like fresh vegetables but they take a little to much time when I'm in a rush so I always have canned and frozen veggies on hand so that I'm not stuck doing salads all the time.
