| Here's ttdriver's experience: 5 day cruise and not a single pound gained Bring your food list and focus on the food you can have. No doubt, you'll get plenty of exercise walking the decks and doing the tours.

| You lucky girl! Guess it all depends on your rung, but you can bet the cruise will have teriffic salad & fruit bars, seafood & steak you can eat from, along with the tons of booze, pasta, and desserts you don't want.

| Breakfast is easy! They will have someone there to make you any kind of omelet or eggs that you want. Sausage, bacon, ham should all be there. Fruits (if you are on that rung), cheeses galore. There will be burgers and such. Seafood, chicken, salad bars. Like Susan said, just bypass the dessert table. Cruises are great! Have a blast! |

| Cruises are great places to loose weight. Last year 2 weeks of cruising lead to a 4 lb loss. Just make sure the wait staff knows that you do not do cake/ice cream/etc. They will be happy to make sure you get fresh fruit, cheeses, etc. The abundance of meats, salads, and other wonderful legal foods should keep you more than satisfied.
