| The next rung on Atkins isn't the bread one. The next rung is the veggies one. You should be focusing on adding in 5 extra carbs a day from veggies. There is a stiky in the OWL forum that explains it all for you. Congrats on your loss!!

| I know how you feel Nothinn... I'm also having a time not wanting to eat. Weird. Maybe we shouldn't complain. I'm forcefeeding myself veggies and try to follow the six hour rule. :_ |

| remeber that is have a small snack of protein/fat with some of your carbs( veggies) when you are not hungry and 6 hours have passed since your last meal.

| Yup last time my appetite plunged and i'd have happily went about 18-20 hrs eating nothing. Had to force myself to go have stuff to eat. |

| Isnt it weird to have to remind yourself to eat now and again. I can truthfully say I never had this 'problem' before Atkins It's great to find my life no longer revolving about how soon and what I am going to eat!

| That happened to me too for the first two weeks, the past few days though I've been hungry like crazy even though I eat more than before (all legal) so I decided to move to first rung of OWL ... I'm hoping this is due to an upcoming TOM (my TOM schedule is messed up so I'm not sure) |
