| You can usually narrow down choices by adding the word raw or cooked to a food; the method sometimes helps, like boiled, moist heat or fried; then when you find the food, use the pull-down for possible quantity types, and change the number, like .5 cup for half a cup. Hope that helps. Fitday can be frustrating, but it is very useful.
