I will be honest I think that Moche should have been Mache and I did not change it but cut and pasted the list from our FAQ's
Mache is very good http://www.theworldwidegourmet.com/v...ache/mache.htm

sorrel is one of the nicest salad greens it is tart tasting ...I adore it you can sometimes find it in lawns ..we pick it in the woods here but find grocers will have it as well

it is hard to get escarole in my area but if it is in yours it makes a wonderful soup with just chicken broth salt and pepper

I've probably had sorrel then. Does it come in the bags of fancy lettuce mixes, i.e. spring mix?

I've seen sorrel in salad bags. I haven't gotten to the whole list yet, but I don't have any problems with the veggies, just haven't gotten there yet.

Yep, eaten most of them, thanks to a old friend who tried everything. LOL
AND when I moved to Japan I learned to love eggplant, (Japanese) and bitter melon also, which is technically a fruit I think but still Induction Friendly.
