Default Question about cream

I bought some over the weekend. It just said coffee cream and does not have any carbs on it (I am counting anyway one tablespoon as one carb). Is not half and half either. My question is, is this cream the same as light cream?

coffee cream or table cream is the same as light cream and is about 9 carbs a cup or about .56 per tablespoon.

remember cream is in the special catagory foods and even though it is legal for Atkins it may not be legal for your Atkins based on your metabolism.

I think it is more the amount of cream folk were using that stalled them then the cream itself

I'm addicted to cream.... I've added splenda to it and it ends up being way too much for me. I just can't stop eating it.......

So I just rule out cream....

I've wondered if its stalled me too.

My advice is to experiment. We all want the fat off FAST but you might want to remove something if you seem to be stalled.

I just stopped having coffee/caffeine because even though I lost weight with one latte per day on extended induction I'm afraid I migh tbe stalling .. so out it goes

We'll see...
