| Should be OK after induction if you just have one per day, I should think. Someone more expert will correct this if I'm wrong.

| since it has 2 carbs it mostlikely isn't pure protein but has some whey sugars in it too. You can use it as part of your OWL fresh dairy rung but you will need to count the carbs and use the protein as part of your 30% of your daily cals protein limit. Even then up to 50% of your proteins can be converted to sugars so what for blood sugar issues using the charts in chapter 12 so you know if it is a problem for you. Most folk use the shake as flour when baking stuff.

| I have some Shaklee protein drink that I will have as a snack about once per week. It hasn't hindered my progress. But as 2big states, you cant let it enable a protein overload. I will not have it during a day that I know I have had lots of protein.

| How about the neutral (no flavor) whey protein? I bought some that says is only one carb for 2 TBS and I used it as flour for my crepes |
