| Here's a good chart: http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/primry/life15.htm Keep in mind your particular frame and be honest about it. I truly believe their are some folks with a very large frame (me--really!) and an extra small frame who don't fit into this chart nicely. For example, at my thinnest (during adult years, not teen years), I weighed between 175lbs - 180 lbs and wore a 11/12. This weight places me in the overweight range according to this chart and the BMI charts as well. Sometimes we just have to live with that fact and go by how we look and feel. Good luck!!

| i am a small frame and made hubby do it as well and he is also a small frame. so we both atleast know how much we should ideally weigh..
