| This month was the first time it happened to me. The week before/during I was steadily going down. About the third day in, I started gaining and went up 4 lbs. Of course, I started freaking out about it. By the next week I started going back down again. Now that I know it's a possibility, I'll be okay if it happens again. Weird how our bodies are all different. As long as you are aware that its happening for you like that, you can prepare yourself for it.
