| Or it might be this one 'Should I go or should I stay' DAY 15: Should I stay or should I go (to OWL)? As dotsamantha said. milk can be added on the dairy rung of OWL to see if it upsets your blood sugars.

| Thanks thats the sticky i needed ... i can see different rungs on it. since my 3rd week will be Veggies rung . i wanted to know for one week i need to do this rung or longer ... and milk is not mentioned ... in the first veggies rung...
