This is amazing.

This is my second time around. When I did Atkins last time the best I did was at 190 lbs.

I often weight myself WAY too much (once a day) and I seriously think this contributed to me being upset by atkins when I'd see fluctionation (last time around)

This time around I promised myself I would ONLY measure myself and wouldn't weigh again until I was less than 34" .. (where I was last time around).

Anyway... I got back into the states from Thailand last night and finally had access to a scale.

......... so after two months and 5" lost around my waist I've gone from 210-180.....

BAM!!!!!!!! Gotta love that!

This is the lightest I've ever been in my entire adult life. When I was a kid the smallest I got down to was 185 on a low cal diet but it took 1.5 years.

This only took two months and I feel GREAT!



w00t!

Now its time to hit the gym more now that I'm back. I want to bullk up and gain about 5-10 lbs in muscle
