Yep... for us who've tried in the past and are back for whatever reason... and STAC has been around for awhile now.

Ah, ok. I asked my friend a few moments after I posted this and she went on and on about how Ephedrine will give me a heartattack. I think she confused it with southbeach things or some other low carb acronym.

Are you taking ephedrine or ephedra-containing products, then Pineapple?

No! Yikes, I'd never want to get into anything like that! I think my friend's confused, so perhaps stac can mean several things. I was just curious about people's signatures

Stacker 2 is a weight loss pill, that used to contain ephedra. She must have had it confused wtih STAC, It has nothign to do with SBD( southbeach diet).

Ephedrine = instant panic attack for me. I was glad to hear aboiut the stuff comin' off the market. Too many people still don't understand, herbs are drugs. Just in simpler forms. They can be used with great benefits but need to be researched just like any other medication.

But yeah, not to thread jack... STAC is a Forum Club.
