Extra skin?

Kind of an odd question, but I've been big all my life, and naturaly I've got this big gut and pudge in other places. What happens when I loose the weight? Will have a bunch off loose flab hanging off me or will it shrink as well? I know stretchmarks are a constant, but what about the extra skin?

Si skin is a giant organ and if it goes back or not depends on how much stretch, your age and genetics...however.... you can do something to help it find its way back ...this is not a miracle but it worked for me and it is good for you and feels wonderful...I have mentioned it like 1000 times on this board because there is nothing that makes you feel this good and costs so little!..so even if it does not work it is fun! my husband swears by it now and I do it 3-4 days a week

go buy yourself a soft natural bristle brush (mine has a long handle so I can get my back when I dont have help ) when your skin is dry start at your fingers and toes and with little circles scrub your skin frome there to the center of your body ...avoid tender areas! .....then take a nice warm shower then hit the cold water only and shower for as long as you can take it...when you get out dry your skin gently ...if you want use lotion (my husband won't unless I rub it on him ) this is the best way to start a day and it did wonders for my tummy ....all skin may not shrink back but I have found lc eating to really do wonders for where fat is stored ...my belly fat is virtually gone and my stomach is flat ....that is a first in my life!

good luck ..surgery it to risky unless the skin is so bad you have chronic skin infections ..give yourself time ....

ROFLMAO!!!OK babycakes just for your sweet redheaded self it is back in my siggie ..thank you so much ...I am astounded that at my age and after not only being up and down in weight all my life but also having two giant babies ..I can show it off ..and with out lipo, tummy tuck or airbrushing ....just this low carb diet patience and lots of dry brushing....I would like to take the credit ...but really I think it is my genetics ...LOLOLOL .....

even if it dose not make your tummy flat your skin tone is better and it FEELS soooooo good..

the first time or two you do this your body itches a bit after but keep doing it ...it gives you that morning boost and is invigorating

Excellent idea - I LOVE eBay! I'm in the midwest U.S. - Indiana. I might have to find a brush to hold me over until an eBay one arrives though, it just seems like it's going to feel soooo good!
