Low Lactose Foods (0-3 grams) Sherbet - ½ cup Aged cheese (swiss, cheddar) - 1-2 ounces Processed cheese - 1 ounce Cottage cheese - ½ cup Sour cream - 2 tbsp Whipped cream - 1 tbsp Half & half - 1 tbsp Butter - 1 tsp |

| cream has 7 carbs per cup milk has 11 so 1/2 and 1/2 would have 9 there is the extra lactose. if your body can handle it then have it as it is legal per DANDR
