| Splenda and acesulfame potassium (acesulfame-k) do appear on the allowed foods list, lemon juice (citric acid?) is allowed in limited quantities (check your list here). How much of it counts as one serving? If you stick to having up to 3 servings per day of anything (food and drink) with a legal sweetener in it you will be within the rules of Atkins. So as long as you eat no sweetened foods you could have up to 3 servings of this drink in addition to your water. Also Quote:
