| I've been hearing the term "boot camp" forever. Of course, I live in Southern California where people love to kill themselves over exercise so that they can continue to fight off the pounds of their low fat, high carb way of eating!! LOL There are these muscle-bound creatures who advertise boot camps all spring and summer. You see people running up the canyons with some guy yelling at them to go faster. This does not sound like fun to me!! Besides, it disrupts my peaceful walks to the waterfall! I agree with Ex-Barbie-Doll - I think it looks like Miss O has gained some weight back. Every time I see a picture of her, she looks corsetted to within an inch of her life! Stacy

| It doesn't make me feel very good to hear that Oprah has put on the weight again. I watched the show and saw the diet she recommended was basically low carb with carbs coming from veggies and fruits. If Oprah, with a personal trainer, chef and entire staff at her disposal broke the woe then... jeez... what does this mean? |

| It means she has the same problems every other human being on earth has OH i so agree with that statement. I had an experience with my family this weekend. I made it thru the family gathering, fathers day/birthday party, not cheating. My sister, BIL, Mom, everyone is overweight even the children. My mom had major success with atkins, but gained it all back. I hope that i know, that i know, that i know, losing weight will never make me able to eat carbs like they don't count. That sensitivity is not going to go away with the pounds, and this has to be a way of life, or its not going to work. I feel so sorry for my BIL, who is diabetic, my sister seems like she doesn't cook for his needs, honestly there was NOTHING to eat that was not carby. I ate hamburgers and tomato slices and cheese. Avoided the 6 different desserts and homeade ice cream, as he is saying hey my BS was 215............OUCH. I'm hoping to never go back to that lifestyle of eating for pleasure and not the health of my body........

| And if we have temptations that we have to work with...can you imagine the temptations she faces daily. She's probably got breakfast, lunch, and dinner invitations everyday of the year!! I follow strict plans when I get an invitation, and that is only about once a month.. I also heard her say once that when she lost the weight, she'd aimed too low and didn't feel good. She said she gained a few more pounds till she felt good and now she maintains her weight at 150.
