| Well done! Not only is that great news, but you can now prove to your Dr how well your body is after eating nothing but meat, bacon and cheese all day long! (Actually makes me feel sick just writing that, haha)

| I won't be returning to her, but I will be returning to the office to see another doctore for my physical tomorrow. The letter of my results was signed by the old doctor though, so I'm sure she's aware. I just hope she doesn't think I heeded her advice and all of a sudden started eating "bread and pasta" again, and that's why I have good results.... And I hear you on the meat, bacon and cheese comment stephbob. I cut way back on cheese because it was binding me up quite a bit. I eat bacon but once every couple of weeks and meat is usually featured in only one of my meals a day, two at most...just like so called "balanced" diets. |

| I hear what you're saying about your dr. I refuse to see the dr I've gone to since I was born because of how she treated me (not to do with atkins though, about a pregnancy instead) It means I often have to wait 3 times longer for an appoinment, but I'd prefer that. The only problem now is that I have to get her to sign some of my forms this week, and I'm dreading seeing her. Maybe if she comments on my weight loss I'll sarcastically tell her I lost it through eating nothing but cheesesteaks for 9 months
