| When you stress your muscles but good, they hold water while they flush toxins. Dollars to low carb donuts you are retaining water, which will come off when your body adjusts to the new workload.

| Exercise is crucial to this WOL... I'd say that if your job has you hoppin' then that's a really good thing! Personally I have found that the scale is not my friend, but the tape measure is. If I'm losing inches and/or toning up muscles, then who cares what the scale says. Keep up the good work! And Mom is right... muscles weigh more than fat. Could be you're getting.... buff? |
