| All my best to you and yours....try your best to stay strong...but if you fall off for a momentary lapse...dont beat yourself up too badly about it...do as everyone says...just make note of it and keep on trucking.....while obviously the point is to not have any lapses...i think its better to have a small lapse than get so frustrated that you throw in the towel all the way and undo all the good youve accomplished so far. Life is hard....being a military spouse is hard.....youre doing a great job thus far.... |

| Totally agree. U've recognised how cr*p the food made you feel which will hopefully make not want to go back to ur old habits. You've confesssed too and ur back on track. Just keep going, hopefully ur body wont have gained much by ur next weigh in. Keep going, I can imagine how stressed you are. Take some time out for urself, have a nice hot soak in the bath with some candles or go on a nice walk or read a book. I'm glad to hear ur partners health is better

| You lapsed in a moment of stress... Now it's in the past. Great that you got straight back on track! Great that you recognised how the lapse made you feel, which will help you avoid falling off the wagon in the future. Here's to your continuing with this great and healthy WOE, your success, and to your other problems getting resolved in the best way possible!

| First off.......the next time you speak with your husband, tell him 'Thank You' as one veteran to another. These poor guys are taking so much flack these days, that we forget to say thank you. Secondly, you slipped, okay. Now come back 10 times harder. You can do it!! We are all here because of the same problem. Sometimes you need a helping hand or a shoulder to lean on, just think about that next time you want to slip!! Good Luck! |
