| Matt, it's okay...relax! Dr. A says not to measure until after the 14 days for just this reason. If you are going to weigh daily...you can't freak out if the scale doesn't move every day. With that said, did you take your measurements? If not, you need to do that right away. Sometimes you'll be losing pounds and sometimes inches. We had a challenge where people took their measurements for six weeks. We had one lady who lost 26 inches in 6 weeks...that's just INCREDIBLE! How would you like to be 4-6" smaller in your waist in just 6 weeks???? What if you lost those inches but at the same time only lost a couple pounds? Would it matter? The other thing is to take a look at your diet. Make sure that you are getting a minimum of 64 oz of water a day and try to get in more than that. Make sure that you are only eating the foods on the acceptable foods list.
