| Hey. I'm 5'10. The lowest i ever got was 149 but that was really hard on me. I feel best around 165.

| Are any guys allowed in here? I fall almost right smack in the middle of 5'10" and 5'11" and my goal weight is currently 178, though I think I may take it down to 168 and work the ole' muscles up into the upper 170's lower 180's range. - Tom

| I'm 5'10. My original goal weight was 185...but I'm thinking I may try for 175...that's what I weighed when I was in high school. I already can wear my high school clothes...except they don't fit in the boobs...YAY, bigger boobs than when I was 16! ..it's okay for that to be bigger. I can fit into size 12 now...and I never could when I was 16! WOOHOO! Seriously though...I'm pretty doggone thin at 175 lbs. I wouldn't dream of going lower than that. My sister is 5'11" and fluctuates from 160 to 170...everyone calls her "Skinny"....and she has a much smaller bone structure than me. Her wrists and ankle bones are much smaller than mine, and her shoulders are much more narrow.

| I am pretty close to 5'10 but I must be small boned because my highest weight was 168 and I felt huge....I like to stay below 150. I think I have a stigma about being a woman and weighing above 150! I keep loosing the same 20 pounds. Pie4me 48 yoa 5'9 1/2 sw 168 cw 148 goal 145 |

| dang validrouge you can wear a 12! *pout* when I was down at 180 I was -ALMOST- there. My 14s were falling off me but I couldn't quite get into 12s. another 10 lbs woulda done it for me I think. I have to lose like 25 lbs to go down a size |
