| If it helps, I'd say focus on the ratio/percentage during induction. 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carb. Your fat and protein grams should be about the same. If you consumed 100 g protein, 100 g fat and 20 g carb in a day, that equals about 1380 cals, because protein and carb are 4 cals per gram and fat is 9 cals per gram. That would make the ratio 65%f/29%p/6%c. It's more about the fat protein carb ratio than the actual grams because you want to eat to satisfy yourself, not to hit a certain calorie or gram mark.

| Right about that; also, the reason you don't want too much protein is your body will convert the excess protein to carbs. It can't do that with fat. Exercise helps you use protein.
