| I'm on OWL. Breakfast: rye cracker with a chickpea and olive oil spread Mid-morning snack: blueberries with cottage cheese Lunch: salmon with a green bean salad (leftovers from last night) Dinner: cold avocado soup, poached chicken and a salad of marinated mixed veg (zucchini, radishes, etc.) Basically, the marinated veg salad is a refrigerator-cleaner type recipe: I combine all the steammed and lightly sauteed leftover veggies with a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and some fresh herbs and let it refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

| Nibbling today on part skim mozzarella, mixed variety of olives, steamed clams topped with a stir-fry of tomato, onion, ginger, green pepper and summer squash with butter & olive oil. Tonight am likely to do up more stir-fry and some beef tongue leftover from a few days ago.
