| I would love to use whey protein but have yet to find one without splenda or aspartame. I don't believe in artificial sweetners. Funny thing is, when I started using whey with splenda I started gaining weight. I don't think it was good weight though. Splenda is known to cause water retention or weight gain for some so I stay away from it. |

| gazaleh, Walmart and Vitamin Shoppe sell www.designerwhey.com Unflavored, unsweetened. You could add your own flavors, stevia, etc. Betty--what do you do to get your fat ratio up at breakfast and the fiber, or do you not worry about that stuff for later in the day?

| The best Whey Shakes I've seen are ISO PURE's Low Carb shakes. I like the 1 gram shakes. They digest easily and can be mixed wiht a hand mixer. They aren't meal replacement things - just like a chocolate yoohoo.

| Had one for lunch today, it's a 1 carb shake with about 25g's of protein. I add about 1/2 oz to 1 oz of heavy cream plus water and ice then blend. I bought an awesome little 1 serving blender at walmart for $14. This fills me up as much as a meal. i have different variations, including cocoa and sweetener, strawberries and banana extract, blueberries, etc.
