| In my view its not. I advocate nothing but water in the first two weeks of induction just to help flush out your body. Other people are likely to have different ideas, but personally I think you should just drink water. Rich

| I have to agree with Richt. It'll take some effort on your part...especially if you're not used to water....but you'll be better off. Nothing but pure water.

| When I first started I drank one...to try it...but I didnt like it....someone else who started drank it like crazy because they were thinking no carbs etc....better than a diet soda...however...it is sweetened with aspartme in it just like most diet sodas......and they say that is the one that is bad for you.....I guess it will have to be your personal choice.... |

| I agree with Rich. Nothing but water!! It is possible that aspartame can make you stall or lose weight slower. Give it a few weeks and water will be what you will want to drink all the time! Quote:

| It also lists honey on the ingrediants as well as apartame. So definitely not induction friendly.
