That's right! Uh-hu!! Woo hoooo!!!!! It's a beautiful day!


As you may have already guessed...I've found myself comfy into Onederland. Somebody please lock the door, throw out the spikes, let the dogs loose, whatever it takes to keep me focused and safetly in the net of Onederland! 'Cause I'm stayin'!

There's a few family members that have been some great motivators to prove them wrong, nothing like a little personal battle, but for the most part I have to thank everyone here at ADBB for all the awesome support. Dealing with emotional issues is the main problem I find in my own journey on this way of eating for life, and having some really inspiring folks here on the board makes it a whole lot easier. Consider each of yourselves hugged!

I'm taking up the next challenge with Barb and will be holding off from weighing in until Sept 1st. So, no peeking, no whining about the scale didn't move, no feeling like garbage because the scale is not going to rule my life.

Thanks Ghelen...You'll get there. Stay the course and focus on taking care of you! It's taken me a year of a rollar coaster of dealing with stress and emotions to get to 198.5 from 228.

I'd like to say that it only happened within a few months, but reality is...I gave in to stress, peerpressure, family tauntings, personal issues, and gave everything an excuse to eat something that I knew wasn't on plan. I wasn't taking care of me. This summer I began my quest of kicking my own booty refocusing on me...about 10 pounds left this body. And now I'm taking care of me the best way I know how.

Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
