| Re: What is Kimkins? Who is Kimmer? Well, it is basically an ATkins diet but she does low fat. She charges people a basic fee (once off) of $29.95 for support. If it works for people, so be it. She HAS lost 200 lbs and appears to eat healthily. She says the high fat part of the low carb regime did not agree with her so she tried it with low fat and it worked. I don't have a problem with her making a few bucks from it if people are silly enough to pay for what they can get for free here.

It then became too overwhelming and she started her own forum where she gives personal coaching. Even if I don't agree with her method, I do think she has a big big heart, she deserves the 30 dollars lifetime membership fee to run the boards.  |
