| I admit- I'm not sure how that works. I just figured I would count regular carbs and that way I'd stay under 20 and if I lost a couple because of fiber that would just be icing on the cake

| fitday will list the total carbs (including fiber) in foods, but below it the total fiber. Your carbs that you count are the difference, ie. 28g Carb less 8g fiber = 20 right on target. |
