| Good job for not giving in... I know how irritable I was when I first started (sombersusie can attest to that) as I got myself worked into I want something, but I don't know what legal I want fit. Making it through those periods of self-generated craving frenzies definitely makes life easier as someone else tries to tempt you with a sugary treat. If you can deny yourself and your internal voice saying "eat it... it's ok", you can certainly tell some bozo "no" and send them on their way. Congrats!

| good for you not giving in next time use a high fat food like cream cheese. We actually have fat receptors in our mouths that are linked to pleasure zones in the brain so get an ounce and slowly chew it and run it round the roof of your mouth and tongue enjoying the heck out of it. if you need it flavored to do the trick try a sweetner of choice and either some cinnamon or some cocoa powder. you can mix ont T of cocoa powder one ounce of cream cheese and one sweetner of choice and then divid it into 4 small blobs and freeze at ,75 carbs each they go a long way melting in your mouth as a craving controller. the high fat will deepen your ketosis too and help suppress that craving too.

| Kudos to you for resisting. My crave-resister is a boiled egg mushed with mayo. I don't know why. Fortunately, the rest of my family eats them so much it's not a problem to always have them on hand.

| Good job resisting! When the cravings hit...be ready with something high fat. Now you KNOW you can get through them... it'll be easier each time.
