I came across this phrase and thought it stated exactly how I feel about my weight loss. I don't know who wrote it or what was going on in their mind when they did, but when I read it, It gives me determination to make the necessary changes that can get me to goal.

It certainly gets at the accountability of weightloss. No one can lose your weight for you. In the end, it is you controlling what enters your mouth.
