| Thanks soo much I have learned it's not a race I have to be patient and Patience really does pay off. Keep at it and you will be successful and don't base your success on one day or even one month or 6 months I was stalled for 6 months and well, here I am now losing again boasting of my success!!!! | You're right...it's not a race...but being patient was never a strong point for me. It's more difficult now because it's coming off slower than it was in the beginning. I've been sticking with the WOE and haven't strayed from the phase I'm in. Exercise has been the rough part. I do something everyday, just not as much as I want to. No one to blame but myself for that though. I will be more patient. You were and look at how it paid off!

| NO worries GBU it'll come you will be a success Patience is something I ahve learned it didn't come easy I wanted it right now but, I knew casue of my body and medical Probs I had to be patient. You are doing sooo great By the way you have soo much to be Proud of. Sarah

| Way to go! I love that you're successful and healthy about it with excersise. Pass a little of that to my thighs please!! (I'm exercising too and love it). BRAVO!
