Default splenda vs carb vs Stall

Just some Random questions...

How many carbs would you count for one splenda pop? let's say diet RC brand.

What would be your limit if any?

Has splenda pop stalled you in the past?

Thanks guys just trying to figure out if these last splenda are my last for good.

Theoretically, there are no carbs in the Splenda sweetened soft drinks, since they use pure Splenda, and not the stuff in the packets that contain fillers which do have a slight carb count (a bit less than 1 per packet). However, according to the good Doctor, you're limited to three sweetners per day, which I think translates to 8 ounces of soft drink, each.

I'm not aware of anyone who can directly link a stall to the use of Splenda, but I think it could be possible. Some folks may be so sensitive to any taste of sweet, that their bodies automatically start producing insulin after the first sip -- whether any real sugar is present or not. This is pretty rare, but, according to the experts, like 2Big, can happen.

hehe exactly what I was wanting to know. How many to limit. So if what you say is right. And you really sound right on. I'd say 3 is a limit each day.

So I /bow and thank you much.

I don't want to spoil your party but I think if one can is 12 oz then you can only drink 2 cans, that is when 1 serving is considered to be 8 oz as Chris states.
Sorry for that.

lol It did help thank you.

I don't like needing something so simple as a pop to make it through the day anyway. So limiting and maybe soon taking it away would be the best option.

Thanks again to both of you.

Have a wonderful day.
