| The La Tortilla Factory makes "large" low carb tortillas with only 5 net carbs. They're good for people who don't have intolerances to wheat or soy. But they're definitely not Induction friendly.

| I have bought the Italian seasoned Flat outs, they are terrific and most days I only eat a half of one as a serving.

| I have found the following recipe to be a wonderful alternative for "sandwich" making. It tastes great, it is oaded with fiber, and is very low in carbs. Flax flat bread -- 3 Tbsp. Ground Flax Meal 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder Pinch Salt Dash Onion Power Dash Garlic Power 1 Egg 1 Tbsp. Butter 1 Tbsp. Water Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the butter in another bowl and add the egg and water, beating the mixture well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and again mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased 9" glass pie "tin". Pop it in the microwave for 3 minutes and viola! You have a wonderful bread substitute that can be used with hot dogs, tuna salad sandwiches’, etc. Please note -- you have maintain your flax intake per the book when using this recipe. Tom

| SO... Thinking of things that are low-carb that shouldn't be if made in nature... How is it possible to have chocolate syrup and marshmallow fluff made with splenda, with no carbs, no sugar? I went to the grocery store last night, looked at it, walked away, came back, looked at it again, shook head in wonder, picked it up, looked at label, put it down, picked it up, went to put it in cart, put back on shelf, walked away. I didn't trust it. Should I?

| My mom tried one of those no sugar chocolate syrups. The taste was so vile she had to throw it out. Hmm, I could have predicted that, if only she'd asked my advice!

| Well, I was more concerned about the marshmallow fluff.. see, like, I was thinking... after being on induction for a while, I used peanut butter as a snack every now and then... and it would make a nifty little fluffernutter without the bread...
