Shrinkage!

So, I'm staying away from the scale, and I don't really have much patience for measuring tape. I always tangle myself up and end up in a heap on the floor of the bathroom. (OK, exaggeration, but you get the idea.)

Well, even without using any means of measuring my weightloss, I know I am shrinking. You see, I have this belt that I wear with everything. It is so frequently used, that it's sort of stretched and tearing around the notch that I usually wear it at. Well, I put it on yesterday, and I had to go to the next notch in, it was too big!!!

YAY! My clothes are always the best indicator, I've gone down 2 sizes in just 5 lbs, and about 3 inches from the spots I measure. So I know I'm shrinking, even though "officially" there's no change!

Isn't it great when a third party inanimate object so clearly tells you how effective what you are doing is working? People can lie, but those belts and clothes can't. You are definitely smaller than you were.
