| I think they are all ok! I would add a vitamin E and some magnesium to help with the calcium absorption (half the mg's of the amt of calcium so in your case 250mg's of magnesium) - I take twice that much calcium... and beta carotine and geesh I take a whole handfull of vitamins. |

| Dr A recommends that we take Omega's and thats what your Flax is. I take fish oil and he sells a product called Essential Oils. I would continue with the flax Chromium is find as is Calcium and Evening Primrose. Personally I wouldn't take the Potassium as I don't feel that its healthy to take. When I was in Japan, the stores won't even sell it without a prescription. But saying that, I wouldn't toss it either cause it would be good to take if you start to develop leg cramps. |
